Again, eating the low fat variety of proteins makes the diet healthier.The next food group contains vitamins. These are found in abundance in fruits and vegetables, and are essential in strengthening the immune system and helping the body fight infections.

Fats are not a bad word. It is essential to include the correct amount of fat in a balanced healthy diet. Minerals are found in many foods, including dairy products, meat, fruits, and vegetables. They play a key role in the correct functioning of various organs of the body.One must be clear about the objectives behind eating a balanced healthy diet. It is obvious that such a meal plan is superior to any other. However, if weight loss is the objective, then the diet has to be specifically designed to achieve that goal.
