How many calories, how many grams of fat, how many grams of saturated, unsaturated, polyunsaturated, and trans fats, how many grams of carbs and sugars and fiber... is there any protein. The list of ingredients is also very important. Sometimes there are products that have very decent nutrition facts, but when you look at the ingredient list... you cannot even pronounce half of the ingredients. Another thing to look at is sugar, what kind of sugar it has and where down the list it is. The closer it is to the top, the more added sugar the product has. Personally if sugar is the first ingredient I keep looking
