In general, food items with high water content would not produce weight gain in humans. Water does not get stored up in the body in the solid form like fat or cholesterol. The extra water consumed comes out of the body in the form of sweat or urine. It does not get stored up, forming an unbreakable structure. Cucumber is a very good example for such a food item. Vegetables have the best effect in human, when it is eaten raw. Cabbage is one other example that has high water content and has a lot of nutrients. All leafy greens are good sources of fuel for the human beings. So, it is highly advisable to consume more of non-starchy veggies and less of starchy ones.Are you fed up with trying to lose belly fat?
