Keeping blood pressure under control is also something to consider. Avoiding alcohol and smoking is a good idea as these tend to elevated blood pressure. Try to keep stress levels under control. Simple daily exercise such as walking can help to keep the blood pressure in check, relieve stress and help to improve blood circulation. Masking the ringing in you ears can also be helpful. Noise created by a white noise machine, an out of tune radio, running a fan or leaving the television on may also help by creating background noise. There are some herbal supplements that can also be used. Ginkgo Biloba may help with the treatment as it may help to improve blood flow and circulation. Another remedy to try would be to put 20 - 40 mg of Maiden tree extract inside of the ear.
