It shows many things, but most of all, it shows that you treat and respect your employees. In return, they are happy to promote the company they work for, which increases the perception that it is a great company to work for. Who wouldn't want that?! It seems that the number of self fulfillment/success programs is growing at an exponential rate. It is becoming increasingly difficult to find the right program for you. There are some really excellent programs and there is also a ton of trash coming on the market everyday. Here are five tips that I use when considering the purchase of a new program. Who produced the work and what are their credentials? Are they a highly respected expert in their field? Do they have a PHD or barely get out of high school. Do they belong to any professional organizations and have they held any high level offices within those organizations. Obviously, the greater their professional background, the greater you can trust their work.
