Don't just be proud of yourself The Underground Fat Loss Manual Review by doing the bare minimum. That's no way to increase your metabolism and your fat burning capabilities. The truth is, fat burning exercise for women is portrayed as doing weak press ups, yoga and eating the same amount as a baby rabbit each day. This is so far from the real truth, let me open up the world of fat burning exercises available to women to create the body you want so badly. When you think about weight loss for women (well I do from a male perspective), I think about people promoting yoga, salad, knee press ups and walking on a treadmill in a sports top gas bagging to friends. Before you try to get my I.P address and send a crusade to beat me for my crude assumption, this is not just my assumption, it is the opinion most people have when it comes to womens' fat loss. Here are some of the myths busted about fat burning exercise for women so you don't fall into the same trap: You don't have to eat a plate of salad 3 times a day. You should be eating a meal that consists of protein, carbs and a little good fats 5 times per day (smaller than average meals). This keeps the body out of starvation mode and it starts to let go of body fat because it knows another meal is just around the corner. Walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes will only burn body fat if you are very overweight. If you are already quite lean and wanting to just lose some stomach or thigh fat, you have to up the intensity and duration. Go at a speed you can maintain for 45 minutes that gets you sweating profusely. The gym isn't the place to be lady like. Things like yoga and pilates are good for relaxing an meditating, but for fat loss, you need to start sweating, big time. When you challenge your body, it starts thinking "Crap, this is too hard with all this excess weight, better start using it up for energy". I hope some of these have helped change your opinion on fat burning for women, young and old, teens through to the wise.
